Service

NeuralStash provides access to AI-generated stock media under our license terms. Features may evolve over time, including ranking, moderation, and subscription features.

Accounts

You are responsible for account security and all activity performed through your credentials. Abuse of quotas, automated scraping, or fraud attempts may lead to suspension or termination.

Licensing and permitted use

Asset usage is governed by our License. You must ensure your downstream usage complies with local law, platform restrictions, and third-party policies.

Contributors

Contributor uploads and moderation are governed by separate Contributor Terms. We may reject or remove content that violates policy or rights.

Payments and premium subscriptions

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Billing periods, cancellation behavior, and plan limits are displayed during checkout and in your account where applicable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuralStash is provided without warranties, and our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Disclaimer

Assets are provided "as is." You remain responsible for legal review, model/property clearance requirements, and compliance obligations in your jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
