Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to NeuralStash websites, APIs, and related services operated by Haider Shah (Founder, CEO & CTO). By using NeuralStash you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

NeuralStash provides a catalog of royalty-free stock media (photos, illustrations, and vectors), including real photographs, AI-created assets, and mixed work, under our License Terms, plus optional contributor tools and Premium subscriptions. Features may change as we improve the product, billing, and discovery.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your credentials (including Google sign-in). Keep your account secure and notify us of unauthorized use at contact@neuralstash.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-harvest, or redistribute the catalog or master files unlawfully
• Circumvent download quotas, paywalls, watermarks, or security controls
• Upload malware, spam, or content you do not have rights to license
• Harass others, abuse the platform, or interfere with service operations
• Misrepresent content source (for example claiming a real photo is AI-only or the reverse) when disclosure is required

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.

4. Licensing of downloads

Your right to use downloaded assets is governed solely by the License Terms. These Terms do not expand that license. You remain responsible for your downstream use, including platform policies and local law.

5. Contributors

If you upload content, the Contributor Terms also apply. We may reject, remove, or delist assets that violate policy or rights claims, including under our DMCA policy.

6. Premium subscriptions and payments

Premium plans increase daily download limits and remove display ads. Prices and limits are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts, except where Stripe or our support team approves a refund. Cancel anytime to stop renewal; access continues through the paid period already purchased.

7. Free tier, guests, and advertising

Guests and free accounts have daily download limits and may see advertisements. Advertising partners and cookies are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Intellectual property

NeuralStash branding, site software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Asset ownership remains with contributors subject to the licenses they grant us and we grant buyers.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ASSETS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. AI imagery may contain artifacts; you should review assets before commercial release.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURALSTASH AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO NEURALSTASH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuralStash and its operator from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your uploads, or your violation of these Terms or the License Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
