How to report copyright infringement on NeuralStash
Effective date: July 19, 2026
NeuralStash respects intellectual property rights. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. Whether an asset is a real photo, AI-created, or mixed does not excuse unauthorized use of third-party protected material.
Designated agent
Send copyright notices to our designated agent by email:
- Email: dmca@neuralstash.com
- Subject line: DMCA Notice — NeuralStash
- Operator: NeuralStash / Haider Shah (Founder, CEO & CTO)
If you need a postal mailing address for a formal notice, request it at the same email address and we will provide one for legal correspondence.
What a complete notice must include
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing asset page(s) on neuralstash.com
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens after we receive a notice
We review complete notices promptly. Where appropriate, we remove or disable access to the material and notify the uploader. Incomplete notices may be returned for clarification and will not start the statutory clock until they are complete.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@neuralstash.com including:
- Identification of the removed material and its prior URL
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any judicial district where NeuralStash may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
Where required by law, we may restore material after the statutory waiting period unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that receive repeated valid infringement notices may be suspended or permanently terminated. Contributors must only upload work they have the right to license; see our Contributor Terms.
