How NeuralStash collects, uses, stores, and protects data
Effective date: May 28, 2026. This policy explains how we process personal data when you browse, search, download, upload, or create an account on NeuralStash.
Information we collect
- Account data: email, display name, role, profile settings, and consent choices
- Usage data: search terms, downloads, views, favorites, collections, and saved searches to improve ranking and discovery
- Billing metadata for Premium purchases processed by Stripe
- Security data: request logs, abuse-prevention telemetry, and fraud indicators
- Cookie and consent data used for session continuity, analytics, and ad preference handling
How we use data
- Deliver authenticated access, downloads, and license receipts
- Enforce account and quota limits to prevent abuse
- Improve search relevance, moderation quality, and SEO metadata quality
- Operate support, incident response, and platform reliability workflows
- Provide ad and analytics services based on user consent settings
Legal bases and retention
We process data under contract necessity, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations. We keep account and transactional records as long as needed for service delivery, compliance, or dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize where feasible.

Core processors include Supabase (authentication/database), Backblaze B2 (asset storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), and optional Google Analytics/AdSense. See our Cookie Policy for cookie-level details.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to certain processing by contacting contact@neuralstash.com. We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days where required by law.
Do not sell or share my personal information
NeuralStash does not sell your personal information for money. Some analytics and advertising partners may process data when you accept non-essential cookies. You can reject non-essential cookies in the site banner or account settings. California and similar state residents may contact privacy@neuralstash.com with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line to opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising where applicable.
Cross-border transfers
Our providers may process data in multiple regions. We use contractual safeguards and provider security controls designed to protect transferred data.
