A fast download workflow for designers
Search with intent, shortlist, download for real, and keep the license receipt — a loop that survives client handoff.

Most download chaos is not a license problem — it is a folder problem. Files land in Downloads, nobody remembers which account pulled them, and the client asks for proof of rights on launch day.
Here is a loop that stays calm under deadline pressure.
1. Search with intent
Use phrases a buyer would type (“compost pile close detail”, “planet sticker”) on search. Single generic words waste an afternoon.

2. Shortlist in favorites
Sign in and favorite candidates. Compare crops without dumping twenty tabs into a Slack thread.
3. Download through the official button
Only that path counts toward quotas and creates a license receipt. Dragging a preview JPEG out of the browser is not a license.

4. Know your daily limits
Guests, free accounts, and Premium have different caps. Details live on Premium and the FAQ. Plan big campaigns for a Premium day if the team ships volume.
5. Hand off cleanly
Keep the receipt with the deliverable. If a client asks about rights, point them to the license and the asset URL. That is the whole job: find, prove, ship.
